Complete rip-off

I've taken my car for it's 90, 000km service at Kessel Motors in the Cape Town CBD in 2011, and was quoted R4, 500 for all services and repairs they said were required. After some negotiation, the price was dropped to R2, 600.

I've just had the 105, 000km service done, and again a whopping R3, 900 quote. After some negotiation, and the dropping of one minor non-essential item, this was dropped to R2, 700. Upon asking Frans whether this was a good price, since in the prior year they were ridiculously expensive, he confirmed.

I had this invoice sent to another mechanic, and he indicated that the total should have been NO MORE THAN R1, 400 for the services rendered as per the invoice.

This place is a complete rip-off and I will never take my car there again.
