I know that people complain almost every day, which I experience daily since I'm in the service industry myself but seldom do they compliment when outstanding service/s is provided without asking for any favours.

I very recently purchased car from EJX Auto and thankfully had the pleasure of dealing with Carika who went above and beyond to complete the finance, approval, R/W in matter of a few hours and delivery followed soon after. From my interactions with her, it struck me that this is how Carika usually works and nothing of the norm, which is impressive since service providers seem to be of the understanding that they are doing the customer a favour... but no, not Carika, She dazzled me with her normal speedy and very efficient service.

I do have to admit that I had a slight issue with the car and Craig immediately jumped on board and made sure the issue was addressed and that within a record time (I'm sure that many of us experienced a workshop where cars stand for days before being attended too)
