A simple Service ends up in a nightmare

On the 28th of March 2013 I took my car in for a service at the Bramley branch.
Very helpful and friendly. They phone me to tel me the service done I can come and fetch it about 12:30.

As we approach my car me and my husband became aware of dents on my car where the guy told us we haven't notice it before because my car was dirty. How the heck? And when we examine the car thoroughly we came across to HUGE dents definitely NOT hail at the passengers site. So bad the paint is lifting up

We phoned Suzuki again where the guy just say ok and what else??? I will NEVER support Suzuki again.
