SHOULD RATHER JUST COLLECT THE CARD MYSELF!

CCD Couriers sent me an sms at 9am on the 26th March stating that my FNB Credit Card had been received and that they would be contact me shortly to confirm delivery details. 48 hours later i am called and proceed to have a long and tedious "A" for apple, "C" for cat conversation as i had approximately 4 failed attempts at communicating my work address to the call centre. This information was all given to FNB at my branch, the call should have been a "confirmation", not starting from scratch.

The card can only be delivered next Wed i am told - another 3 working days. So in essence it takes 5 working days to deliver a credit card - i struggle to believe that this is a service that FNB is paying for to in turn provide a good service for their clients. It's far from a service, i should have made yet another trip to the bank to ensure that i got the card on time.
