Bad attitude from supplie

I bought a vehicle or i am renting a vehicle from Banrep;MSI for (2) Two years now because i am blacklisted and could not buy a vehicle from any other instituition at that time. I appreciate them for helping me but now i have not paid my vehicle for December month and now they want to take the vehicle back. I phoned a lady called Frida and asked if i could pay a double payment on the 25th when i get payed she told me straight NO not even asking why and what are the reasons. I did not pay in December because my wife had a heart attack and i had to pay in R 10 000 in at the hospital before they were going to do the operation at that moment my wifes life was more important for me. I have payed my vehivle every month for the last two years and never missed a payment now i ask them to help me and they refuse. Why do people treat people that are blacklidted as criminals and not like people. I made a mistake in my life now i have to pay for it for the rest of my life. I will pay double payments of my vehicle when i get payed but they do not want to help what now. Can somebody please help me or give me a way out would be highly appreciated.
