KIA 2012, GEARBOX PROBLEMS 53581 KM NO SERVICE

My Kia Serato 2012 model with 53581 km on had a noise in the gearbox. It is still under guarantee. I took it to KIA MOTORS ERMELO.

They said it must go to KIA HEADOFFICE JOHANNESBURG. That was 3 weeks ago. I had no news about the repair. I rely on my car to create my income, had to rent a car total cost so far 1500 rand, need to extend today if i want to have a car for the next week, cost R510 more.

I have logged 2 complaints via Kia Customer Care via the internet. The response email said that they will phone me back, but to date, no response.

I am in urgent need of transport!!! Can somebody give me a timeline?
