1problem after the othe

I bought a BMW z4 from SA Motor corporation in February 2013. Since then the car has had to be sent in for a new starter motor. New speaker. New fusebox. On closer inspection of the vehicle the support bar or strut bar was glued on. And was broken off. Now the cars soft top will not operate and is in for repairs yet again.
yes the repairs have been done by sa motor corporation. But I am the one who has had to pay for the repairs and then get refunded only every 2 weeks. This is not a cheap car and parts are expensive. I was dealing with the owner of the company ilan. But was since then told to not contact him as he is very busy...??? To busy to help one of his own customers!!! Now I'm dealing with Debbie the lady who sold me the car. I have contacted her and she told me to contact ilan which I attempted and have still received no response from him or Debbie!
I am extremely annoyed and saddened by this as buying this car was my dream car. I simply cannot enjoy the car as there is always another problem arising and nobody is helping me unless I continue to phone and check up
