Sales Service – What service?

Looking to replace my wives car went to Kia as the Rio Sedan was one on the list. Go there, no assistance, eventually were approached by sales rep. We requested more info on the Rio Sedan; "Sorry no stock and waiting list of 6 to 8 months." Ok thank you anything else you can tell us. "There is a pamphlet." Nice. Gone online a bit and saw a large number of complaints basically the same. Think our list has just become smaller...
