Buy Audi demo with broken tyre for half yea

I bought a Audi A4 dem last year November in Rivonia branch, and found the front right tyre was flat at that time, I informed my sales and he told me to pump it in garage, but later on we found we have to pump every week, at that time I still think I can fix this small problem without bother my sales, but I don't have time to fix. After about three months, I went to do the 15000km service and told them leaking problem, they told me they have fixed a small hole on it, I thanked them. But problem still exits. I went to supa quick to check, they told me tyre can't be fixed because it's leaking on side and I have to change a new one, and the price is 3000, that is too expensive, so I called my sales and told him the problem, he said he remembered this and will get back to me next week, I waited two weeks no one called me, after calling several times sales told me to go to get a quotation from Rivonia tyre, then they can change for me. I went there and the whole week I kept on calling both of them, sales told me they don't have stock and his boss will send me email to solve problem, but another two weeks past, still no one reply, I sent SMS to them, they never call back.
