Good Day,
I want to start by saying thank you for the service that I have received and again complaint about being misinformed about charges.
I booked a car via a website called discover car rental, which i believe it must have a contract with 1st car rental. I've been charged KM without my knowledge and I'm not willing to pay for this because I was not advised about them and on top of that the document I received doesn't say anything about the charges on extra km. I asked 1st car representative over the phone and in person in Ransburg offices after my booking with discover rental cars. over and over I asked about any additional charges except the R6600 I paid charges and i was told no there are no additional charges, and without any car hire experience I was happy with the feedback that i received the good service. The website I used to book the car, says unlimited mileage. with all due respect please reverse the additional cost on my invoice and also bear in mind that I'm also login a complaint on Hellopeter and CPA for non-disclosure of information which is regarded as a.
