Personal good in vehicle

I took my car in for repairs, when I collect it, my car is spotless clean, sunglasses gone, cd's gone, they took everything down to the last 5cent there was in the car besides my childs car seat. And when I inform the manager about it, he says there's nothing he can do about it as huson panelbeaters cannot be held reliable for any loss, I mst go read the big sign by the entrance. Meaning whatever I've left behind in da car was now theirs. Let's not forget this was the 2nd time I take my car back as the area where repairs were done to my car two years back started cracking. I'm very disappointed with their service yet they claim to be the best
