Too busy to assist a custome

Saturday the 16th of March 2013 shortly after 12PM went to fill up my car in order to take to work staff to the nearby hospital and cause was empty asked for R400 on the dot. I used my neighborhood filling station that have used so many times before and have gotten super service all the years. I got my refill and went on my way didn't ask for a slip cause knew and trusted the staff so didn't need to ask for one. I drove away then 5 mins later and having dropped off my kids at church for youth practice. the car stopped moving and hard to pull of on the side of the road. I had get help and be towed to my motor mechanic's place for assistance, as had to go pick up my clients and take them to work. He was very busy and after explaining my plight, he attended to me quicker and went to change the points and condensor. He noticed that the petrol was mixed with water hence the car couldn't start or move resulting it being stuck. We got another petrol from another feeling station and car could move n went back to Caltex for assistance with their petrol still in the tank n using a 2litre bottle to get the car going. The boss is too busy and the head office staff promises to call back never..
