Shocking service from Manage

Yesterday i purchased a product from the shell and then realized it was not what i was asked to buy and wen to return it for a refund where i was refused a refund, my legal representative was with me at the time and he gave the manager Haroon a call where Haroon started screaming at him and thereafter banged the phoned down on us. I am a regular customer of that service station and if service goes on that way they will loose a lot of business.

Really disgusted with there service
