POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM CHEV

I am logging this complaint on behalf of my father.
He purchased a new Chev Aveo Sedan in 2012. He has had numerous problems with the headlights of the car shining not bright enough at night. He has taken the car back to the dealership he made the purchase from and has received poor service to held him resolve the issue. My father depends heavily on the headlights at night and the dealership he dealt with have done very little to assist him. He is even considering selling the vehicle because the Chev dealership does not seem interested in helping him solve the problem.
