Amazing Service from UPS

I am posting this message today to sincerely thank and compliment Chantel Young and Penny Masemola-Mokiti from UPS Courier Service, in Montague Gardens, whom I dealt with last week. I arrived at the UPS offices, last Wednesday afternoon, unfortunately without all the necessary paperwork. On finding out that I had insufficient information with me, I imagined that I would be requested to return the following day with the necessary papers.

This didn't happen, however, and instead, these two ladies went out of their way to help me make an alternate plan. They seemed genuinely interested in coming up with a solution to solve my problem - and to ultimately make my day better!! :) The thing that amazed me the most about their attitude was that they were so incredibly "human" in the way in which they dealt with me. While they could have easily treated me like a barcode, or a random number and curtly dismissed me, they instead chose to be understanding, kind, friendly and ultimately, incredibly professional!!

This is now my second very positive experience in dealing with UPS. I wish to thank all at UPS and to commend them on a very friendly and highly professional company!
