BMW Lgo/Badge fell off while riding

BMW Lgo/Badge fell off while riding on N4.
This happened on 18 Feb 2013, and was reported to Glen.
When we went to Nelspruit on 22 Feb 2013, he took a photo to send to Head Office.
Since then, he only replied to my e-mail once on 26 Feb to say they are waiting for Head Office.
No replies to e-mail, no phone calla, nothing!
I feel it is not my responsibility as client to keep following-up on this.
That is why we buy trusted names in the 1st place?
