Ssangyong and Outsurance, 6 Months later and vehic

Whats up with Ssangyong? Bombard them plse, everyone, 6 months later and still nothing!!! Outsurance have also done nothing to help after numerous phone calls and emails.

I received a text message re my Korando that still hasn't been repaired since August 2012:

"Dear client, we have followed up again with the supplier and we still have not received eta date on parts and will keep you updated, regards, Super Body Repairs

I feel this is totally unacceptable and how can Ssangyong not have parts available in South Africa but promoting and advertising all over. I am driving around without a right hand mirror and damaged right hand front panel and door!
I will be making daily updates regarding this on my wall and Ssangyong pages if nothing is done asap, as last time there was basically nothing done.
