THIS BRANCH HAS A NO CARE ATTITUDE

My car was towed to Tata Klerksdorp 27/12/2012 and NOTHING has been done to the car since then to now 14/01/2012. After asking them to please speed up the process as I am pregnant and have bo other transport. They never phone me back with any update or progress. And after I phoned them almost every day, the woman in the Workshop got rude and her response was that mine is not the only car she needs to repair and I must remember that I did not even buy the car from her. Wich I really do not find relevant. These people are just rude and have a stink no care attitude.
