11 Months ago i bought a BMW 323i 2006 model at the Golden Era Gezina branch, promises were made that the car was in a full good working order, and that it was given a service recently, a week went by and the oil light went on... i asked some personal advise from a certified mechanic and i was told that the oil has not been replaced in a long time, i then resolved this matter myself.

7 Days ago i drove over a nail and got a puncture, the sales man told me that the motor car i bought had run flats on, assuming the BMW 323i 2006 model does not have any space for a spare tire, wheel spanner and a jack, it is designed for run flats, promised by the sales man that it had run flats on i was assured and took his word on it, not having knowledge on run flats i trusted him.

I went back and talked to Papadakis who was my sales man and confronted him, he had a very bad attitude, i asked for the manager and got refused to see him.

Bad service, Bad attitude and false advertisement by the sales man, i am greatly disappointed.
