Good Day Sir

It is with regret that I forward you this mail.

I have purchased two vehicles from your Worcester Branch by David Bredenkamp -
1 x Bantam and 1 x Kia.
From day of collection the door lock has been giving problems. It was sent away for repairs and it is still the same. I was told that a new lock was ordered and they are awaiting a cheque from head office for the past two weeks already.

We are a security company doing armed response with a vehicle that the driver side door does not open but has to be opened from the passenger side. This has now gone to a point of unacceptable as our staff members lives are at stake. I was also promised a tape for the bakkie which has not materialised.

With reference to the kia i will leave it at that as my experience there is another tale. It was my intention to purchase two more vehicles but with service like this!

Your assistance in this regard is requested as a matter of urgency
