I lodged a complaint enquiring the quality of Continental tyres, after I bought a vehicle that came with the tyres. I was very unhappy with the wet-road-traction that the tyres have. However, after I raised my concern, one of the area managers contacted me and came to see me. upon his visit, he inspected the tyres and gave some comments, as well as helpful hints and educated me on tyre life and performance. After he left, my confidence in the brand was repaired, and I was happy.
