Non payment of Subs due to their non-performance

These guys will use any tactic not to pay their dues! For two months now, they have not paid my subscription fees, yet I have been keeping up my end of things. In fact, at least two people expressed interest in buying a car in that same period. On the website, they claim that I have the incorrect branding on my car, yet it is their responsibility - according to our agreement - to provide said branding. I have ensured that my contact details are correct. I get the feeling that perhaps two people bought cars from them and this is their tactic not to pay me for that.

I have logged a call on the site, but aside from someone mailing me to say they referred the matter to a different department almost a month ago, I have heard nothing!
