Waited for car for 2 months... BMW, dissappointed

My name is NP, i took my car for repairs at BMW Zambezi on the 07 Jan 2013 to date i have not received the car. We made the first enquiry during the first week of Feb. 2013 and we were informed that they were waiting for a "car part" and they promised to call us every tuesday to provide feedback, but they only phone once and never phoned back. Later in the month of Feb we sent my sister to drive via BMW dealearship to find out progess on the car, and they informed her that they will call us. later that day they phoned us back and indicated that the car was sent for spray painting and we should get it on the 19 Feb 13. On the 19 Feb we waited for thier call and they never phoned until we phoned and they indicated that the care was not ready we will get it on the 22 Feb or monday the 25 latest. We waited again on monday for the call from BMW but we did not get any call from them, until we phoned and we were informed that the glass they received had a bubble, and we asked by when do they think we will get the car, they indicated that we should get it on 26 Feb 13, but on the 26 we got an sms that the care went for quality check. What an inconvenience... waiting for a car for 2months
