This is an abstract of a letter written to Jonway. I run a small transport service, with a vehicle that was bought from them. I have had to shut down for the past 2 weeks causing loss of income and damage to our reputation because of:

1. Spares delayed due to:
a. Sending the wrong spares even after written confirmation.
b. You not knowing that the spares had changed for my model.

2. Your parts ordering system need to be revised because of:
a. The spares department not communicating with the administration section.
b. Proof of payment: Chantel letting the proof of payment on her table from Friday morning for an entire day saying It's not her responsibility to inform the parts packer Andries that the spares may be dispatched, thus causing another delay for a entire weekend.

3. We tried ordering alternative spares to circumnavigate the already delayed spares but even these ones haven't arrived yet.

4. Your courier only leaves at 15:30 every week day which causes further delays as the distances they need to travel requires them to leave in the morning the following day.

5. Lack of feedback to phone calls regarding status updates and a previous letter.
