Changing a barrty took two hou

I took an Fiat Punto 1.4 Dynamic to Middelburg Auto Italia becuase the engine light on the dash board came on and the car just fails to start. I drove the car to the workshop after it was push started and ask the workshop foreman for assistance and he said they will have a look at the problem but if it is the starter I must know that they must order one and that will take long, that was 13H00. I requested him to install the interior faan resistor that i bought from them aswell becuase the fan work some time and some time not. At 15h00 I started to ask qustions why it take sou lomg and he said they working on it, I walk into the workshop the machenic was siting next to the car on his cell phone, when I ask him if he dit the resistor on the interior fan he dit not know about it. I when to the Mr. Martin workshop foreman and he said they waiting for a battery and they will fix it, I told him that Iam in a hurry and he said to me hat this is going to be R980.00 10% vat and some more and walk off.
At 15h30 I was very upset that nothing seem to get done and I must go back to Delmas. I told him that the service in that workshop is of the lowest standard ever see and they bill me R2120.40
