Very poor workmanship and attitude given twice

I have been to the fitment centre twice and the owner who drives a white toyota truck is terrible. First time i took in my car for diagnosis which they told me was free but unknown to me he went to buy parts and quoted me. After i said i could not afford he was quite mad and ordered me to pay 700 which was ridiculous.

On the second instance i took in my own parts for fitment and he seemed mad already because i supplied my own pats and said he prefers to supply although it is a fitment centre, On fitting we discovered extra work that had to be done to fit and he quoted and extra 200 with the option of leaving. more of a take it or leave it. he kept on insisting that had he supplied the parts, it would have been free. i wondered why he coerced me to ensure he supplies parts because i noted that he inflates parts prices when he supplies me. the man is not friendly at all and any conversation as if you are doing him a favour by bringing your car in. i have always used speedy in joburg but this man merely ruins the franchise
