Refusing to pay my holding fee of R1000

On the 22/01/2013 we wanted to buy a toyota bakkie at a of R279 995 from Inspecta car in Zambesi. The salesperson by the name of Drico requested us to pay R1000 for a holding fee. We wanted to know why and he said that for other Inspecta car around not to sell the bakkie. We paid in the money and on our way back home we decided not to buy the bakkie as the kilo's were very high for the price. We called and advise him about our intensions. He requested our banking details and promised that he will deposit the money by Monday 28/01/2013..No money was paid as agreed and we made a follow up with his manager He mentioned that we broke the rules of conditions of offer and they send us a copy of condition of offer which was a new thing to us. We went to Inspecta car in Rustenburg to find out that is that the way they dealing with customers and they were amazed to hear about how Inspecta in Zambesi operate. Please help us to get our money back
