Motorbike shop gives excellent after sales service

We recently purchased a motorbike from RCR Motors, Bellville. They worked after hours to meet our eagerness to collect the bike soon. We were delighted with it! With a new purchase, one often has teething troubles. While on the way for an adjustment, the battery clamp which was loose, caused the battery to burn out and the bike broke down on the N1, about 5 km from the shop.By making just one call to the shop, they arranged a bakkie and staff to transport the bike to the shop where it was repaired at no charge. We have received nothing but professional, friendly, honest and reliable service from RCR Motors. They went the extra mile (only later did we realise that they could have referred us to the AA who should have done the call out). Renee and Clint and staff are commended for running a very good concern!
