Lost car registration documents

I made the terrible mistake of relying on Dekra Centurion to handle my car registration and licensing. The documents were handed to them in the beginning of November 2012 and to date I have not received the documents back. Despite weekly calls/SMSs to Joan I continue to receive empty promises that they will get back to me as soon as they receive my documents. Someone named Coenie constinues to get the blame and they refuse to take ownership and solve the problem. Absolutely appalling service.
