Charged twice for petrol

I spent 30min waiting to be served at this filling station than i pay with my debit card "declined" according to them so i pay cash, just when i got into freeway i get sms notification the money went through so i payed twice than i have to turn around and go back, the attitude that i got from there, maybe its because im black, the grandpa owner was soo rude but lady tryed to intervene, i didnt get my money back, now have to go to the bank and get my statement and go back to show them to maybe get my money back, who time and money is this now??? plz guys even if you dont have a drop of petrol for your sake never go to this garage.
