Great Service from the New Vehicle Sales Team

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealer. The experience, from first enquiry 3 weeks ago to delivery 10 days ago to finalisation of all paperwork, licence plates etc. yesterday, was a very pleasant one. The Sales Exec., Keletso Ramasimong, is a true sales professional. He kept me fully informed on the progress of the deal, answered or returned every phone call promptly, replied to every email immediately, was unfailingly polite, helpful and obliging. Ranjiv Rambaran, the Sales Manager, provided able back up & support to Keletso, firstly in dealing with a trade-in difficulty and then covering for him when he was ill. I was impressed that Ranjiv was fully acquainted with the deal and stepped seamlessly into Keletso's shoes when necessary. Finally, Lina Naicker, the Business Manger, was knowledgeable and thorough not only in attending to the paperwork promptly and efficiently but in quickly sorting out a minor glitch that arose in the vehicle's service plan. Every member of the team that I dealt with meet every single commitment given to me promptly and cheerfully. In short, they delivered outstanding service and I'd recommend them to any new car buyer.
