I am unhappy with the service I received

On purchasing the vehicle we were informed that the car was not in an accident and the gearbox and radio was faulty. They assured us that they will fix the faulty gearbox and radio. while the car was there for the gearbox, aircon, radio and noise from the rear, we didn't have any transport during that time and have extra expenses for transport. The car was taken to McCarthy VW Middelburg on several occasions to fix the gearbox on our travel expenses. We stay in Steelpoort that is about 200km from Middelburg. Unfortunately the gearbox is still faulty. We notice that the tyre wear was ubnormally high and noisy. When the car was serviced we requested McCarthy to do the wheel alignment, without any success. The second set of tyres were replaced. On Saturday, 26 Jan 2013, a wheel alignment specialist we were informed that the vehicle was in a accident before we purchased it, and the rear suspension needs to be replaced. the kilo's on the vehichle has increased on such a degree that its impossible for us to trade it in or to sell it they informed me that the kilo's is to high and al we can get for the Polo is R50 000.00. The outstanding amount on the account is about R83 000.00.
