My Credit report says I owe R6415, 00 for short term insurance, SIAS ADMINISTRATION (OUTSURANCE)?
I received confirmation from Outsurance that there is no amount outstanding, but still it reflects on my credit report to date.
The other statement is how can car insurance in any case be on your credit report if you don't pay you're not covered - as simple as that?!? Can someone please assist by informing me how I can get it off my report? Can you please look into this matter it is affecting my credit score

I want this removed from my ITC report thank you
