Clearance Certificate

My name is Barbara Kutumela, i have been dealing with a lady by the name of Odette, i have settled my debt with Wesbank and i have emailed her the paid up letter. All she has to do now is send a clearance certificate to credit bureau but she is refusing to do so. I have been sending her numerous messages from Monday and all she gives me is just excused. Its so amazing how quick it was for her to put my name under administration and now that i have settled my debt earlier it is becoming an issue. Today she chose to ignore all my messages and not reply even once or give me any feedback. This is really not acceptable and very unprofessional especially coming from a person who claim to know the law's rights. I need this clearance to be done/sent ASAP so that my name can be cleared its not like i still owe Wesbank.
