Bad driving

Today I had an encounter with this company. When I tried phoning them they had the wrong number and for the past hour I have no luck contacting them. I think the driver of this vehicle needs to get a drivers licence and not out of a lucky packet! At 1pm this afternoon the driver of Izuzu truck ND 505-229 swerved into my lane and cut me off - I just missed slamming into him by millimeters. He then had the gall to give me the middle finger and drive off. Unfortunately for him I took pictures. I am not sure if I should go to the police or not. But I thought I would alert everyone to be careful anyway.
