Absolutely pathetic

After trying for several days they finally told me this morning they had found a problem and they quoted me 400 they have no customer service and never phone back so at lunchtime I had given them a call they had done work without even quoting this to me over the phone the charge came to 1650 of which it contained 4 hours labour and a 250 part, I mean if they didn't' know what was wrong with it they should have rather said so after speaking to Lynn she basically told me to go F myself and that i can come pick my bike up in pieces.. Which i did and i mean this thing was stripped to lil pieces... I cant believe they call themselves a business.
