TATA Not following promotional

Tata have current specials advertised: My application for the purchase of a vehicle on special, was refused by TATA a few days after approval on the grounds that the bank rating of the purchaser must be 1 - 5. There is nowhere in their terms and conditions that this is stipulated. This is not acceptable, and failure to deliver the
vehicle as per our agreement last week, will result in my reporting this to the consumer board and the advertising board.
