Unprofessional conduct and bad service

I booked in my car (White Opel Corsa reg. BZ 50 SY GP) for repairs on 06Jan2014 and a repairs consultant, Gerard, assisted me. He was very friendly. He said he would update me on a daily basis about the status of my car. He called on Tuesday and Wednesday as promised, and said i should have the car by Thursday if it passed one more test. Thursday came and passed without a call from Gerard. On Friday I called the dealership five times and i was told that Gerard was busy and would call me back; that has still not happened. I do not know what is happening with my car; the car I use daily to go to work in Pretoria. As I am writing this report, I've just been told AGAIN that Gerard is 'busy and will call you back'; for the sixth time in two days. I regard his behaviour as undermining, disrespectful, unprofessional and bad customer service.
