Poor service after purchasing a Harley Davidson

I purchased a new bike in April 2013 inclusive of some 25K worth of accessories. They bike I got with promises of getting the accessories within three weeks. After further continual excuses the Company was finally bought out by Imperial. One of the new senior staff members tried to tell me that they only purchased the asset and not the dept.
Harley Davidson, being a franchise made this sound a little strange. Multiple calls and e-mails to their head office finally got them to collect the bike late October 2013. During the collection their driver damaged our gate. The gate is 4m wide. I fixed the trailer's wheel guard and allowed the collection.

The bike was returned with the new accessories but the aftermarket exhaust fitted was not the one purchased. The salesman assured me that this was temporary and since then we started again with the excuses. He also said that he forwarded my mail, claiming for repairs on our gate to his superiors. Clearly there is no intend to remedy the damage caused by their driver.

More than two months later I am still waiting for the correct exhaust and a reply regarding the damaged gate.

Rather use alternative dealers and not the Imperial owned.
