Hatfield VW very bad service

Well I booked my car for a full check up late in 2012, I had some problems with the car which i wanted them to sot out. After the service I collected my car and immediately found the same problem stil occurred, I phoned VW and spoke to my service representative, he said to bring the car back, I went there and took him for a drive he said that he could not hear what I am hearing. I stay about 100km from the service station I cant just take my car there every day to sort out the problem. The "repair" cost me almost 10k. And for me that's allot of money. So today 2013 I tried calling them, I was on hold for about 30 min just to speak to the workshop manager, no answer. Within this period I did not have a job, I paid the full amount with no problems, In other words I paid all this money for nothing, its like I donated bucket load of money to VW. I want this fixed and I want it fixed now.
