I was so disappointed to go to a service station and wait for be attend to, the staff has a bad attitude knowing that they cannot be reported as they also use fake names. This is a misrepresentation of the actual Total brand and this may lead to criminal activities. Job who is supposedly the supervisor is very and prefers to assist white people before blacks I do not understand what phobia he has in servicing a black man before a white person. I stood there watching and confronted him about and he didn't care but gazed at me like I was mad. When I requested his name Cassias refused to give it to me including all attendants.
