I bought a car on the 20/11/2013. I got the car about the 23rd and sent it back 25th as the engine kept cutting out while I was driving, the esp button also didn't work and wouldn't switch on. I sent the car back and was given a run around as to what was happening and when I was getting it back. no one ever got back to me. the Franchise principle was meant to call me but never did, Johan Van Zyl called me & promised he would give feedback each day, he didn't. I was told I would get the car 16th Monday 2013 (public holiday), I didn't, I was then promised tues, didn't happen, then the Wed. however I was going away and they knew that and still didn't get the car back to me. I got it on the 6th Of Jan, I have been paying insurance and instalments on the finance. on the 7th I noticed the indicators didn't work, they came and fixed that then I noticed the ESP button was faulty again and keeps the esp off and the button doesn't work. I don't want this car, I want the contract cancelled and a refund for insurance and instalment. I have now submitted a complaint to the ombudsman as i was sold a product i am not happy with and will never deal with your company again
