Appalling long-distance move from Durban to CT

Arrived 4 hours late to collect after a breakdown before they had even left Durban; Truck arrived at 6pm to offload until 9pm; guys exhausted and hungry after a number of other moves that day with no lunch or supper breaks; shoved goods into storage area as they were so tired; now want payment for "extras" they could not miss when they quoted; will deduct the "extras" from the driver's salary if I don't pay; cost me more money to get other help to sort out the store later.

Would not recommend them under any circumstances!! The are breaking labour laws and treat their staff like slaves!
