Buy vehicle without registration papers

I bought a BMW650GS on the 18th of October 2013 from we buy cars. I transferred the money to their account and was told the papers would be ready within 3 days, after a week I enquired and they suddenly told me that it was not dealer stock so they don't have the registration papers and that I need to wait another week, long story short after a lot of phone calls still nothing on the 2nd of January 2014.

I spoke to Faan this morning and he confirmed that one is not allowed to sell cars without papers.
He is willing to take back the motorcycle, and I must give up the opportunity to make money on the vehicle which is their business!

Basically he said if I dont want to bring back the motorcycle I he is sorry for me and I can take them to court.
