No answer on 24-hour customer helpline

Speed Services Couriers sent a document that was supposed to go door-to-door to a post office, where they are now unable to deliver it.
We have tried phoning the 24 hour helpline for two days, and NO answer. Some help would have been greatly appreciated in this matter.
