New kar more broken than running

I have a new TATA indica the vehicle is more in the workshop than home. The vehicle brakes are defective can u believe they send it out with defective brakes they say they have no parts.
This vehicle is under contract the more it runs the less i pay for it i am loosing money.
This vehcle has 10 000km on the odo
the more i ask for parts the more they have excuses Tis kar is under guarantee and they can not fix it
