COMMISSION BASED INCOME STILL DELIVER SUCH DECEPTIVE SERVICE:
7 December-call about car seen on AutoTrader, but are advised the car already sold.
9 December-receive call from Jabu-car available again. We request to drive through to Jhb (from Secunda) same day to view. We are advised that the car in the workshop, but will be notified when the car is back-most probably the following day.
10 December-by afternoon call Jabu. The car is still in the workshop, but not to worry, he will bring the car to Secunda to view when ready, no further action required from our side.
11 December-call Jabu, the car is not ready.
12 December-call Jabu, the car is not ready, but we can definitely view the car the following day.
13 December-call Jabu for arrangements. He advises that someone else has already applied for finance and we can no longer purchase the car. Furious, I requested to speak to the manager Julian. Julian advises me that we should have deposited a "holding deposit" to "keep" the vehicle (the first time this is mentioned). Julian apologises for the lack of communication/incompetence of his staff and promise he will find another car for us.
To date no call has been received!!!
