Will it ever stop?

So, here i am once again writing on Hello Peter due to the bad service Ive experienced from Bosch Hillfox. Honestly, Ive just had enough. I WILL NOT go through the process AGAIN of completing all sorts of forms and faxing them together with all my invoices and quotes to Robert Bosch as before only to have to follow up myself with Robert Bosch as to the state of my complaint and only then get feedback from Bosch Hillfox. So, yesterday, my car went in again with the promise that THIS TIME, itd get sorted AND, at their expense. Well, today, after having to call myself around 4pm to find out the state of my repair, I get told that they are still busy replacing the faulty injector that should have been picked up six months ago at the time of its first repair for the same problem. Needless to say, today, the service centre has closed for Christmas and having only taken receipt of my car this evening, have had it repeat the same old problem. What do I have to do to actually get my car repaired by these people? Ive truly had enough of this rubbish. Multiple thousands later and still no joy, just empty promises and endless frustration.
