High Admin fees added to Arrogant staff membe

I ordered a toy for my son online and paid shipping costs @ checkout aware that there will be custom duties due by me in SA. TNT were the couriers used by the Seller to import the toy. They billed me with exorbitant admin fees and when trying to discuss with their Clearance Support: David Ndlovu, the blame was put on Bidvest - apparently their holding company and the entire matter was dealt with very arrogantly by the said staff member. The total disregard of customer service and professionalism by this guy is disgusting. I have previously frequently received 5 star service from DHL and Fedex and will NOT recommend TNT to anyone.
