On 13/12/2013 in Durban a lady send me a parcel and told me that it would be delivered on Tuesday at my post office however it got stuck somewhere in Cape Town I called the call center n dealt with Reuben he made the time took look for my parcel and called me yesterday we stayed in contact and called this morning to say he found my package and will call me when they deliver to my post office even recommended that they can deliver at my work I really appreciate your good work there is people who value their client...
